Job summary

Bacardi-Martini Polska Sp. z.o.o. is seeking an EMEA VAT Analyst to manage VAT compliance for EMEA, with emphasis on Poland and France. You will collaborate with local finance teams and external advisors to ensure filings are timely and accurate.

The role offers exposure to SAP-based data extraction, tax technology projects, and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance and other functions.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in tax filings/returns.
• Polish/French VAT filings experience is preferable.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Migrate tax filings work and local processes, focusing on Poland and France.
• Extract and review data from SAP for local filings.
• Coordinate information flow between local finance teams and advisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax filings/returns with authorities.
• Coordinate tax payments and BES information for filings.
• Prepare reconciliations of tax accounts monthly and yearly.
• Assist with tax technology and e-invoicing initiatives.
• Keep abreast of tax law changes and support audits.
