Job summary

GRID esports is seeking a customer-focused Support Operator to join our global team. You’ll handle sportsbook customer queries, investigate issues, and contribute to knowledge sharing while upholding a client-first mentality.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support GRID's Odds products, learn fast, and adapt to a busy esports betting environment. Shift work and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing support or operations experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to learn new products and workflows quickly.
• Ability to investigate issues and gather relevant information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for sportsbook customers regarding GRID's Odds products and trading-related services.
• Respond to customer queries and operational alerts in a timely manner.
• Support questions related to fixture coverage, market coverage, settlement, and product behavior.
• Gather and validate information to determine issue nature and impact.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Help improve the GRID product suite based on customer feedback and defects identified.
• Log and track operational, product, and service issues.
• Continuously develop knowledge of esports, sportsbook operations, betting markets, and GRID products.
• Contribute daily to our knowledge base to share knowledge with GRID employees, partners, and customers.
