You will build security programs, manage manned guarding and respond to incidents while reporting in English, with some international travel required. The role requires collaboration with regional leaders and external agencies.

Job Description As part of the Global Security team, the EMEA Security Lead supports our physical security goals across region. Responsible for physical security, the post will work with several regional stakeholders including EHS, IT Security and Workplace Services to align, coordinate and deliver security activities. Under the direction of the Global Director of Regional Security, you’ll work from our Katowice offices, with some travel to Rockwell sites across the region required.
Site Security: Rockwell Automation operates approx. 100 sites across the EMEA region; including sales offices, research and development sites, customer development centers and advanced manufacturing facilities. The Security Lead for EMEA will have responsibility for ensuring the appropriate levels of physical security are established and maintained across the EMEA sites: Functioning barriers including fences, gates, doors and locks. Technical security systems, including electronic access control, CCTV and alarms. Manned guarding services and alarm response. Conduct regular, prioritized security assessments identifying areas for improvement; working with the local space owner to plan and implement improvements. Security Processes: Our site security processes are established to support our business activities. You will be required to influence our key stakeholders and internal customers to adjust working practices to support Rockwell's security objectives; whilst minimizing impacts to the business – financial or disruption to operational activities. Processes which require adjustments can include: Management, storage and accounting of IT. Storage and security of valuable raw materials. Logistics zones – warehousing and shipments. Visitor access, including customers and partners. Incident Management To minimize the impact of security and safety events at our facilities, management of incidents is necessary . You will: Conduct regular training of management and response teams to ensure incident management. Work with site and business managers to coordinate response activities following an incident. Support investigations – either internal or with external agencies. Supporting. Interrogation of security data such as CCTV images and access control records. Liaison with local authorities, including law enforcement. Travel Security Rockwell Automation employees conduct a significant amount of business travel, often internationally. You will help deliver support to travelers preparing to travel and in response to incidents whilst traveling across the EMEA region.
