Job summary

Gates Corporation seeks an experienced SAP EWM Team Lead to design, implement and continuously improve SAP EWM solutions within a global manufacturing environment. You will guide global processes, master data and SAP standards in an on-premise SAP S/4HANA landscape, leading standardized solutions across rollout projects.

This role combines deep SAP EWM expertise with business process knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• 11-15 years of professional experience in IT and SAP environments.
• 6-8+ years in a global IT Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience delivering multiple ERP implementations and Go-Lives in multinational settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP EWM team, including resource planning and recruitment.
• Design, configure and continuously improve the global SAP EWM template.
• Own inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, RF processes, and integration with SAP SD/PP.
