Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Project Manager for the EMEA region, reporting to senior leaders in Switzerland. The role drives cross-functional collaboration and project management across post-market and pre-market activities to support growth and compliance.

You will lead high-impact regulatory initiatives, synchronize workflows between regional hubs and global stakeholders, and manage key cross-functional projects to deliver timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in Regulatory Affairs within an international or global matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex information and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional regulatory projects across the expanded EMEA region.
• Coordinate information flow between post-market and pre-market activities with Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
• Manage divisional KPIs, budgets, and regulatory records and procedures.
