Haleon is hiring a Payroll Subject Matter Expert to join our international EMEA Payroll team. The role focuses on the DACH & Benelux region with gradual expansion to other markets, ensuring accurate monthly and annual payroll processing and data integrity.

You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality payroll services. We offer hybrid work arrangements, competitive rewards, and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll experience, ideally within outsourced/vendor-managed payroll.
• Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent English (C1+); German/French/Dutch a plus.
• End-to-end payroll processes including international assignees.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Independent, deadline-driven with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to expand payroll expertise across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly and annual payroll activities for EMEA, focusing on DACH & Benelux.
• Support other EMEA payrolls and grow expertise across markets.
• Maintain payroll master data and lifecycle changes (joiners/leavers).
• Handle payroll interface files and variable pay components (bonuses, hours, holidays).
• Process allowances, deductions and annual bonus/merit cycles.
• Support statutory payroll reporting to Tax/Social Security/Pension and Finance.
• Ensure SOX compliance and payroll controls; assist audits.
• Be escalation point for payroll-related queries; identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver quality service.
