Job summary

Arbex is seeking a Financial Controller to support its Financial Controlling processes for the EMEA region within Global Business Services in Krakow. The role focuses on statutory financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and balance sheet reporting under US GAAP/IFRS.

You will work with a multinational team, oversee payroll reconciliations, and collaborate on cross-country initiatives while embracing a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and reporting in a multinational company.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Good understanding of tax accounting and reporting.
• Exposure to major ERP system, preferably SAP R3/S4.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete statutory financial statements and statutory audits.
• Be main point of contact for external auditors for audits.
• Ensure government returns and tax filings are prepared and submitted.
• Provide advice on local GAAP and tax requirements to finance and non-finance teams.
• Coordinate and support Genpact team for month-end tasks and reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll postings and reconciliations.
• Own US GAAP/IFRS balance sheet month-end reporting with HFM to Corporate.
