Job summary

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions seeks a Regional EMEA Ecommerce Customer Service Coordinator (F/M/D) to drive customer interactions, manage orders, and optimize D2C operations from the Warsaw hub. The role requires strong CRM/ticketing experience, SAP ERP knowledge, and excellent English and Polish communication skills in a multinational setting.

Hybrid work in Warsaw with international exposure, plus benefits such as health insurance, meal allowance and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in customer interaction or order management.
• Strong Excel and data handling.
• Experience with e-commerce, D2C, or FMCG.
• Fluent English and Polish; German a plus.
• Experience with SAP Commerce / ERP.
