Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Manager, Distributor and Tender Management to lead QA and regulatory activities for distributor- and operations-based market models in EMEA. The role ensures regulatory compliance, distributor governance, and uninterrupted market access while supporting tender opportunities.

The position collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and Commercial teams across regional markets to manage risk and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and Regulatory Affairs activities for EMEA distributor- and operations-based market models.
• Ensure compliance with local, EU regulations and internal policies.
• Serve as primary QARA contact for distributor, operations and tender activities.
• Coordinate regulatory and quality documentation for tender submissions within timelines.
• Support distributor governance, onboarding, oversight and compliance.
