Job summary

Grafton in Kraków is seeking a proactive Corporate Legal Advisor to support the Legal, Risk & Compliance function. You will manage corporate records for approximately 15 entities across EMEA and coordinate governance activities and lifecycle events.

The role also covers commercial contract administration, compliance initiatives and legal operations, with experience using entity management systems like Diligent. Fluent English is required, German or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legal degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years in corporate legal department or law firm.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.
• Experience in legal entity management and corporate governance.
• Familiar with entity management systems (Diligent or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate records for ~15 entities across EMEA.
• Coordinate governance activities and board/shareholder resolutions.
• Collaborate with external providers, notaries and local firms.
• Support entity lifecycle matters: incorporations, restructurings, liquidations.
• Administrator of the legal entity management system (Diligent).
• Support contract administration and compliance initiatives.
