Job summary

Aon is looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to support the ABS Risk Officer and wider team in coordinating, analysing and reporting on key risks across ABS, helping senior leaders make informed decisions. This hybrid role offers exposure to senior governance forums and collaboration with Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy and Compliance, enabling you to shape a proactive risk culture globally.

You will deepen expertise across multiple risk types and contribute to the insurance and professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business studies or a related discipline, with exposure to regulatory, financial, technology or operational risk.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex risk information clearly to senior collaborators.
• Excellent written and verbal business English, including high-quality presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organisation, project management and execution skills, with the ability to flex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective relationship-building across a sophisticated organisation; knowledge related to insurance services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating risk management activities, reporting and governance, including support for the ABS Risk Committee.
• Supporting consistent adoption of Aon’s risk assessment process and analysing ABS risk profile, control maturity, insights and trends.
• Preparing timely, accurate and transparent reporting for the ABS Risk Officer, ABS Risk Committee and Global Risk Committee.
• Coordinating and analysing ABS Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) as part of the risk reporting suite.
• Supporting optimisation and streamlining of risk management operations and stakeholder engagement with Internal Audit, Legal, Privacy and Compliance.

What the day will look like

You will support the ABS Risk Officer and wider team in coordinating, analysing and reporting on key risks across ABS, helping senior leaders make informed decisions.

The role and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating risk management activities, reporting and governance, including support for the ABS Risk Committee.
• Supporting consistent adoption of Aon’s risk assessment process and analysing ABS risk profile, control maturity, insights and trends.
