Job summary

State Street in Kraków, Poland, seeks an Associate 1 in EMEA Cash Custody to perform high-risk cash operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing and serving as the main point of contact for internal and external parties.

You will analyze information, monitor queries, and support process improvements while delivering strong client service with a focus on accuracy and deadlines; a degree is preferred and German language fluency is valued.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level (preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken German.
• Experience in working in a financial environment would be an advantage, but is not required.
• An understanding of the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of financial instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurately all related activity as set out within operating procedures.
• Deliver effective client service.
• Effectively prioritize the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Communicate effectively with internal State Street departments as well as externally.
• Work with first line Manager on process improvements.
• Participate and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with other Team Members to discuss non-standard topics
