Job summary

BlueWave.IT Consulting is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain embedded software for customer projects in the transportation domain. You will focus on performance, reliability, and functional safety, writing and reviewing code, debugging on target hardware, and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on embedded experience, strong C++ skills, familiarity with RTOS, and a collaborative mindset to work across

Qualifications

• Embedded software on real hardware platforms.
• Coding standards, version control, and collaborative development practices.
• Debugging using tools, logs, and hardware interfaces.
• Experience with C++ (min. C++14) for embedded systems.
• Nice to have Linux-based RTOS like Zephyr OS.
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet and ARM architectures.
• Degree in CS/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hybrid or remote collaboration with distributed teams.
• Experience with software QA practices and unit testing.
