Sonova Group is seeking a Software Engineer to develop high-tech tools for firmware development in aScaled agile, international team. You will contribute to model-based development, embedded software, and neural-network processing across products for hearing solutions.

The role emphasizes Python and MATLAB, CI/CD processes, and collaboration across diverse tech stacks. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered to advance your career.

Competenze

• Experience in design and maintenance of embedded software systems.
• Proficient in Python (7+ years) and MATLAB (2+ years) in industry.
• Fluency with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure, GitHub Actions).

• Design, implement, integrate, document and maintain software development tools for model-based functional development.
• Collect and refine requirements for design and implementation.
• Support collaboration between tool developers and tool users.
