Sonova Warsaw is seeking a Python Software Engineer for our Test Automation Framework (Embedded). You will develop an automation framework for firmware testing on microcontrollers and contribute to a greenfield line of hearing aid products.
The role requires several years of Python experience, designing automation frameworks, and strong communication. You will work with development, verification, and infrastructure teams in a hybrid setup, with opportunities for training and career growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience in designing and building automation frameworks.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a robust automation framework for firmware testing on a microcontroller setup.
- Develop Python-based tools and scripts to enable efficient and reliable testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, verification, and infrastructure.
- Take ownership of engineering tasks from concept to execution.
