Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd in Wrocław seeks Test Engineers at mid and senior levels to join a project developing embedded defence systems. Testing is based on Hardware-in-the-Loop environments with real hardware vs. simulated conditions.

You will design and execute automated and manual tests on HIL benches, ensure requirements are met, and contribute to reliability under NATO standards. Work is on-site in Wrocław, with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Configure and maintain HIL test environments
• Execute HIL tests and analyse test results
• Design test cases using boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning and decision tables
• Analyse requirements for testability and translate them into test cases
• Develop and maintain automated tests in Python
• Read and understand C/C++ code to analyse system behaviour
• Work with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers and debuggers
• Create clear defect reports and test reports
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders in English
• Support projects requiring compliance with NATO (STANAG) standards
• Work on-site from the Wrocław office
• Participate in the security clearance process when required

• Analyse requirements and design test cases with full traceability to requirements

• Analyse test failures and identify root causes
• Report defects and support developers during issue investigation
• Prepare test reports and maintain test documentation
• Improve test processes and increase automation coverage
• Design and extend HIL test setups
• Develop and enhance the test automation framework
• Review test cases
• Review automated test code
