Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a software engineer with 1–3+ years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, capable of designing secure software using C, C++, Rust or Python.

You will translate stakeholder goals into specifications and integrate automated builds within an automotive context. The role supports a hybrid work model in Wrocław/Opole, collaborating with German HQ teams. Fluent English and German communication are expected, with opportunities to grow in a specialized

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Software Development, Testing, or Embedded Engineering.
• German (B1/B2) for collaboration with HQ teams.
• English (B1/B2) for daily project communication.
• Hands-on experience with at least 60% of the listed tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Define: Gather cybersecurity requirements and translate stakeholder goals into clear software specifications
• Architect & Implement: Design and develop secure software architectures and interfaces using C, C++, Rust, or Python
• Integrate & Tooling: Configure and optimize automated build toolchains for seamless software generation
• Test & Quality Assurance: Design, write, and execute automated test suites (UNIT/System tests) based on requirement specifications
• Process Compliance: Work in line with modern automotive frameworks (ISO 21434, ISO 26262, ASPICE)
