Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer with embedded systems experience to join a mobility industry project. You will implement UNECE/ISO 21434 processes, perform threat analyses, and ensure ASPICE-aligned cybersecurity practices across vehicle systems.

The role requires German (min B1) and English (min B2), strong knowledge of automotive embedded software, and hands-on experience with security tooling. Hybrid work in Wroclaw area is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ISO 21434 Certification knowledge and UNECE automotive cybersecurity standards.
• German (min B1) and English (min B2) written and spoken.
• Knowledge of automotive embedded systems and embedded software development (C).
• Understanding of CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering and UML.
• Knowledge of encryption algorithms including post-quantum cryptography.
• Knowledge of malware analysis, virtualization, Linux, and reverse engineering.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, CANoe, Enterprise Architect, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Security Engineering Process per UNECE and ISO 21434, including risk analyses, protection concepts, and security requirements management.
• Analyze potential cybersecurity attacks, manipulations, and errors, and their effects on vehicle systems.
• Perform systematic analysis of communication interfaces in embedded automotive systems.
• Analyze test results to determine attack vectors and research existing attacks.
• Work in line with Automotive SPICE Cybersecurity frameworks (SEC.1-4, MAN.7, ACQ.2, ACQ.4).
