Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a software engineer with 1–3+ years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, capable of designing secure software using C, C++, Rust or Python.

You will translate stakeholder goals into specifications and integrate automated builds within an automotive context. The role supports a hybrid work model in Wrocław/Opole, collaborating with German HQ teams. Fluent English and German communication are expected, with opportunities to grow in a specialized

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect & Implement: Design and develop secure software architectures and interfaces using C, C++, Rust, or Python
• Integrate & Tooling: Configure and optimize automated build toolchains for seamless software generation
• Test & Quality Assurance: Design, write, and execute automated test suites (UNIT/System tests) based on requirement specifications
• Process Compliance: Work in line with modern automotive frameworks (ISO 21434, ISO 26262, ASPICE)

If you have 1+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Testing, speak communicative German and English, and have hands‑on experience in C/C++/Rust/Python development or Cybersecurity (ISO 21434 / AUTOSAR) in the automotive sector, join one of the world's leading engineering and technology partners for the mobility industry.

What will your tasks involve?

• Analyze & Define: Gather cybersecurity requirements and translate stakeholder goals into clear software specifications
• Architect & Implement: Design and develop secure software architectures and interfaces using C, C++, Rust, or Python
• Integrate & Tooling: Configure and optimize automated build toolchains for seamless software generation

What we expect from you?

• Experience: 1-3+ years in Software Development, Testing, or Embedded Engineering (Automotive context is a strong plus)

• Hands-on experience with at least 60% of the following tech stack & frameworks:

- Languages: C, C++, Rust, Python

- Standards & Protocols: ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity), ISO 26262, Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR, MISRA C

- Tools: DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Git/GitLab, Jenkins, CANoe, Google Test, PolySpace

- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ASPICE, TDD

- Nice to have: IREB, ISAQB, or ISTQB certifications
