Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z oo is seeking an Cybersecurity Software Engineer (Embedded) in Wrocław to design and implement secure software for automotive applications.

You will work on requirements, architectures, and automated tests within a hybrid setup, collaborating with Polish HQ and German project leads. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in software or embedded engineering, with German and English communication skills and hands-on experience in C/C++/Rust/Python and relevant standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Software Development, Testing, or Embedded Engineering, automotive context is a strong plus.
• Communicative German (min B1/B2) for collaboration with HQ teams.
• English (min B1/B2) for daily project communication.
• Hands-on with at least 60% of listed tech stack and standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Define: Gather cybersecurity requirements and translate goals into clear software specs.
• Architect & Implement: Design secure software architectures using C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• Integrate & Tooling: Configure and optimize automated build toolchains.
• Test & QA: Design, write, and execute automated UNIT/System tests per specs.
• Process Compliance: Align with ISO 21434, ISO 26262, ASPICE.
