WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland seeks an Oracle Eloqua Consultant to support campaign operations, QA governance and lifecycle journey enablement across multiple markets.

You will build and QA campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, ensure GDPR and data usage rules, and collaborate with UK project team.

This is a full-time role with recruitment conducted in English.

Oracle Eloqua Consultant needed to support campaign operations, QA governance and lifecycle journey enablement across 24 NSCs and central MME campaign rollouts.

The opportunity

The role requires strong hands-on Eloqua build skills, attention to quality, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into scalable campaign journeys.

What you’ll get to do

• Deliver local and central campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, including campaign/program canvases, segmentation, assets, forms and landing pages.
• Run QA and approval checks for segmentation logic, routing, exclusions, links, tracking, rendering and deliverability readiness.
• Ensure GDPR, consent, subscription preferences, frequency caps and data-usage rules are applied consistently.
• Support central campaign rollouts with QA, localisation checks and market-level validation.
• Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across acquisition, nurture, conversion, ownership, aftersales and retention.
• Handle platform administration, reporting, data imports/exports, and operational support requests.

What you should have

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Oracle Eloqua practitioner who can manage campaign delivery, QA governance and journey design end to end.

Core Oracle Eloqua platform build

• Campaign Canvas, Program Canvas, Program Builder, segmentation, CDOs, assets, forms, landing pages, lead management, Eloqua Insight and Campaign reporting.

Quality assurance, governance and compliance

• Experience with QA checklists, campaign approval gates, deliverability checks, GDPR, consent, preferences and data-retention controls.

Journey, lifecycle and campaign strategy

• Ability to design lifecycle journeys, translate objectives into Eloqua use cases and support central/local rollout models.

Platform administration and ways of working

• User provisioning, permissions, naming governance, SLA-led support.

What We Are Looking For

• Oracle Eloqua campaign build experience, multi-market campaign operations, independent QA, and GDPR/consent-governed delivery.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, deliverability, responsive email standards and marketing data models.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, APIs and SQL-style segmentation or reporting logic.
• Detail-oriented QA mindset with structured documentation, change control and post-deployment verification.

You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we'll need you to be available until 18:00 PL

Bonus points if you have

Oracle Eloqua certification, exposure to adjacent marketing platforms, consent platforms, and automotive, retail or high-volume B2C lifecycle marketing experience.
