Alice is seeking a Security Red Team Specialist focused on Generative AI Models. You will conduct analysis and testing of our generative AI systems, including language and image models, to identify weaknesses and improve client security.

Your role involves risk analysis, mitigation strategy development, and reporting to senior management. Applicants will undergo a screening exam and background check as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI vulnerabilities analysis.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their architectures.
• At least 5 years of Web Penetration testing experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated attacks on generative AI models and environments to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Assess security posture of AI models and infrastructure, identify threats.
• Perform risk analysis to prioritize mitigations.
• Develop mitigation strategies with dev and security teams.
• Stay updated on AI security trends and testing methods.
• Document activities and present findings to stakeholders.
