Job summary

Alice.io is building an Elite Collective of top CBRN experts to test GenAI systems. The role focuses on creating domain-specific prompts and evaluating AI responses to uncover vulnerabilities and ensure safety, accuracy, and ethical integrity.

We seek experts across Biology, Chemistry, Virology, Nuclear Energy, and Radioactive Materials for high-impact, project-based work, with remote engagements and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant CBRN field (Ph.D. preferred; Master’s degree with significant experience will be considered)
• Deep expertise in at least one of Biology, Chemistry, Virology, Nuclear Energy, or Radioactive Materials
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Write domain-specific CBRN prompts, including adversarial prompts designed to test model vulnerabilities and resistance to generating dangerous outputs
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, scientific validity, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and flag content that is incorrect, harmful, misleading, or ethically concerning
• Provide constructive feedback to improve prompt design and content generation

About the Position

As one of Alice’s CBRN experts, you’ll focus on ensuring the safety and integrity of Generative AI (GenAI) systems by leveraging your specialized knowledge in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear domains. You will create domain-specific prompts and evaluate AI-generated responses to help identify vulnerabilities and ensure content accuracy, reliability, and ethical integrity.

We are seeking experts in one or more of the following specializations:

• Biology — Molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, and related fields
• Chemistry — Organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry
• Virology — Epidemiology, immunology, and infectious diseases
• Nuclear Energy — Nuclear power generation, safety, and regulations
• Radioactive Materials — Radioactive energy applications, safety, and compliance

Key Responsibilities
