Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering background.
• Around 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Proven project work experience with good project management (time management, Gantt charts).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent communication skills and strong client focus.
• The right attitude: open, cooperative with teamwork.
• Experience with TIC services is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of IEC Safety Standards (UL/IEC 61800-5-1, UL/IEC 61010-1/-2-201) desirable.
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of requirements: critically assess project requests for relevance, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Supporting proposal development: define technical steps for accurate offers.
• Project planning and reporting: create detailed plans and provide concise management updates.
• Test planning and coordination: oversee testing across internal and external labs for TIC.
• Timeline management: own timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Documentation management: maintain compliant, up-to-date project docs.
• Support to management and continuous improvement: audits, data review, training, mentoring.
• Customer engagement and networking: build relationships for excellent service delivery.
