Job summary

UL Solutions in Poland is seeking a Field Engineer to conduct safety and non-safety inspections and audits at customer facilities across North-Western Poland. You will verify compliance with UL Solutions requirements and support customers through the certification lifecycle.

This role fits someone with an electrical/electronics background who can travel, review records, and prepare inspection reports, while building strong customer relationships and guiding product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Higher technical degree in electrical/electronic disciplines or related field.
• Experience in auditing, inspection, compliance or product testing preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic products, components, or quality systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage field-based scheduling and work independently.
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and non-safety inspections and audits at customer facilities.
• Verify compliance of certified electrical/electronic products and markings.
• Review production records, quality docs, traceability programs, and findings.
• Evaluate test equipment calibration and witness factory testing when needed.
• Prepare inspection reports and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Schedule and manage inspection activities independently with high quality.
• Advise customers on UL Solutions certification services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and other teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and assist with product launches and changes.
