Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. in Ksawerów, Poland, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on our production machinery and installations.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and document maintenance activities in a closely coordinated manufacturing environment. The role requires a technical education in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation, valid SEP G1 qualification, and at least two years in a similar manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical education in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation.
• Valid SEP G1 electrical qualifications for operation of electrical equipment up to 1 kV.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Valid Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections of machinery, equipment and installations.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment and plant installations.
• Participate in maintenance, overhauls, and scheduled inspections of equipment and installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery, equipment, systems and installations failures.
• Ensure proper operation of electrical and lighting installations (internal and external).
• Maintain documentation of tasks in logs and prepare service reports and maintenance records.
• Cooperate with Production Department on installation, maintenance, inspections and changeovers.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting technical inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility installations.
• Performing electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, and plant installations.
• Participating in machine, equipment, and installation maintenance, overhauls, and scheduled inspections.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery, equipment, systems, and installation failures.
• Ensuring the proper operation of electrical and lighting installations (both internal and external).
• Maintaining documentation of completed tasks in equipment, systems, and installation logs, and preparing service reports and maintenance records.
• Cooperating with the Production Department regarding installation, maintenance, inspections, and changeovers of production equipment.

Requirements

• Vocational or secondary technical education in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Valid SEP electrical qualifications (G1) for operation of electrical equipment up to 1 kV.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Valid Category B driving license.
