Job summary

ETAP Software is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer in Poland to support sales and business development of ETAP/SEE/CANECO electrical power system software. The role combines a strong technical background in power engineering with excellent customer-facing skills to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions, and identify the best fit for engineering challenges.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and power system analysis.
Experience with ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or similar software is desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and able to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand ETAP’s footprint in the CEE region.
Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals relating to solution concepts.
Deliver professional presentations of ETAP solutions for customers and prospects.
Explain the technical and business benefits of the proposed solutions.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
Assist customers during software evaluation and selection processes.
Support the development of new markets and customer segments.
