Job summary

Haskoning is expanding its Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) Data Centre team and seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to deliver electrical work packages across global projects. You will collaborate across borders, contribute to process improvements, and support knowledge sharing within the field from Warsaw-based operations.

You bring a degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor/Master), a electrical design license, 5+ years' experience, and fluency in English and Polish, with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering required or preferred.
• Licensed electrical designer with relevant specialization.
• At least 5 years in electrical design/installation.
• Fluent in English and Polish for international collaboration.
• Proactive, flexible and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver electrical work packages across multiple projects.
• Identify scope, design objectives and deliver project documentation.
• Design LV, MV and HV distribution, storage, redundancy, UPS.
• Ensure data centre security: fire, intrusion and access control.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and regulators; ensure info flow.
• Write technical specifications, reports and cost/risk assessments.
• Support testing, commissioning and vendor evaluations.
• Develop vendor relationships and share knowledge across teams.
