Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Power Engineer Designer to work on energy sector projects, designing medium and high voltage installations and GIS/AIS switchgears, with documentation produced in the RUPLAN environment.

You will coordinate activities from bidding to delivery, prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements. Proficiency in English or German is required.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in electrical/power engineering or related field.
• Practical knowledge of RUPLAN and/or Engineering Base.
• Strong knowledge of power engineering documentation and electrical diagrams.
• Good command of English or German for technical docs and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designing GIS/AIS switchgears and medium and high voltage power stations
• Developing diagrams, execution documentation, and technical documentation in the RUPLAN environment
• Coordinating and executing power engineering projects from the bidding stage to delivering complete documentation
• Preparing and updating project documentation in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements
• Collaborating with project teams and project stakeholders at all stages of execution

Job description

We are looking for an experienced person for the position of Power Engineer Designer (f/m/x) to join the team executing projects related to the design of power stations and GIS/AIS switchgears for clients in the energy sector. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, designing medium and high voltage installations, and coordinating project activities. A key element of the role is practical knowledge of the RUPLAN tool.

Your tasks

• Designing GIS/AIS switchgears and medium and high voltage power stations
• Developing diagrams, execution documentation, and technical documentation in the RUPLAN environment
• Coordinating and executing power engineering projects from the bidding stage to delivering complete documentation
• Preparing and updating project documentation in accordance with applicable standards and client requirements
• Collaborating with project teams and project stakeholders at all stages of execution

Requirements

• Higher technical education in a relevant field (electrical engineering, power engineering, or related) or equivalent professional experience
• Practical knowledge of RUPLAN software and/or Engineering Base
• Strong knowledge of power engineering documentation and electrical diagrams
• Good command of English or German enabling work with technical documentation and collaboration with clients

Nice to have

• Experience in designing switchgears, power stations, or medium and high voltage systems
