Job summary

Fluke Calibration, a Fortive company, seeks an Applications & Key Account Manager to drive electrical calibration, RF measurement, and calibration software across Europe. You will combine metrology expertise with key account development, collaborating with distributors and the sales team to grow market presence and support strategic customers.

You will engage with national metrology institutes, calibration laboratories, semiconductors, aerospace and defense, and pharmaceutical industries,

Qualifications

More than 10 years of technical experience in metrology or related roles.
Degree with electronics/metrology background.
Experience with electrical calibration, RF calibration, or precision measurement systems.
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and NPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide application and product support for electrical calibration, RF measurement, metrology, software solutions and precision instrumentation.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) in the EMEA market from a technical and commercial perspective.
Support customers and distributors with solution selection and demonstrations.
Develop applications, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic market development in Europe.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams on sales strategies and product positioning.
