Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Business Analyst with EIS expertise to work on Insurance platform implementations. You will translate business needs into EIS-aligned functional requirements and maximize out-of-the-box capabilities across EIS, collaborating with global Agile teams.

You will gather and document requirements, validate feasibility with EIS architects, and guide stakeholders toward standard functionalities while coordinating with onsite/offshore delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance.
• Experience working with EIS platform or similar insurance core systems.
• Ability to convert business needs into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria and Agile practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architects).

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes and documents business and functional requirements.
• Collaborates with EIS architects and developers to validate feasibility.
• Guides stakeholders toward optimal EIS-standard functionalities.
• Supports backlog creation, refinement and user story definition.
• Participates in EIS configuration discussions and walkthroughs.
• Ensures traceability between requirements, design and testing.
