Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is seeking an Electronics Design engineer to design and verify multilayer PCBs for high-volume manufacturing. You will create schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical specifications while performing circuit calculations and simulations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics or similar required.
• Master degree in electronics would be an asset.
• Experience in PCB design for digital/analog circuits with emphasis on microcontroller devices.
• Knowledge of electronics design fundamentals.
• Practical CAD and simulation tool skills.
• Good English skills (speaking and written).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and verify multilayer PCBs for low-cost, high-volume manufacturing.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.

• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).

• Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.

• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the quality system valid for Aptiv corporation and Technical Center in Kraków.

• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.

• Active participation in peer reviews.

• Follow Electrical Design Process.

• Company image building and promotion.

• Continuous development of professional qualifications.

• Secure confidential information and company’s property.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar

• Master Degree in Electronics or similar would be an asset

• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement

• Knowledge of electronics design

• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools

• Good English skills (both spoken and written)

• Communication skill

• Team oriented
