Zooplus-Se in Kraków is seeking a detailed Shop Operations Specialist for the Finnish shop to support growth and customer experience.

You will manage product listings, categorization, promotions and high-quality content, working with Content, Vendor Managers, Category and Campaigns teams across Europe.

If you enjoy data, solving operational challenges, and improving content, this role offers a hands-on, independent pace in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish (C2) and strong English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with CMS, PIM or Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and changes in the Finnish shop.
• Ensure correct categorization, activation and visibility.
• Maintain high-quality product content.
• Create and manage promotions.
• Perform quality checks and fix content issues.
• Support translations and adapt content for the Finnish market.
• Collaborate with Content Team, Vendors, Category Management and Campaigns Team.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveShop Operations Specialist with Finnishto support the growth and success of our Finnish shop.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product assortment is accurate, up-to-date, and available to customers. Your main focus will be product listings, product changes, promotions, and maintaining high-quality shop content. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe to ensure a smooth customer experience and support commercial goals in the Finnish market.

Responsibilities

Manage product listings and product changes in the Finnish shop

Ensure products are correctly categorized, activated, and visible to customers

Maintain high-quality product content

Create and manage promotions

Perform quality checks and proactively identify and fix content issues

Support translations and adapt website content for the Finnish market when needed

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Content Team, Vendor Managers, Category Management and Campaigns Team

Contribute to continuous improvements of shop processes and content quality

Help reduce backlog and ensure timely execution of operational tasks

Required Skills

Fluent Finnish (C2 level) and communicative English

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

A hands-on, execution-focused mindset

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Interest in e-commerce and online customer experience

Experience with CMS tools, PIM systems, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus

Experience in content management, product data management, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
