Pentoz is hiring Shopify Developers/Experts to build, customize, and optimize Shopify-based stores. You will drive launches, management, and scaling of Shopify experiences, including custom themes, app integrations, and performance enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, custom app development, and store migrations.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SEO, site speed best practices, and conversion-focused design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and apps to meet business requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform or app issues and performance bottlenecks.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking Shopify Developers / Shopify Experts who can build, customize, and optimize eCommerce experiences that drive results. You will play a key role in helping clients launch, manage, and scale their Shopify-based online stores. Whether it’s building custom themes, integrating third-party apps, or enhancing site performance, your work will directly impact business outcomes.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify themes and apps to meet business requirements.

Integrating third-party APIs and plugins (such as payment gateways, shipping, CRM tools).

Troubleshooting and resolving platform or app issues, bugs, and site performance bottlenecks.

Collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless eCommerce functionality.

Staying up to date with Shopify updates, trends, and best practices to improve development standards.

This Role Is For You If:

You have 2+ years of experience developing on the Shopify platform.

You have experience with Shopify Plus, custom app development, and store migrations.

You understand eCommerce best practices, including UX/UI and conversion optimization.

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.

Bonus: Experience working with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify theme and app development.

Experience with Shopify Plus, custom Shopify app development, and third-party app integrations.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of SEO, site speed best practices, and conversion-focused design.

Experience with eCommerce analytics, A/B testing, or UX optimization is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.
