Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional software testing experience.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• Proficient English written and spoken; German language helpful for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and software delivery lifecycles.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies; strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in international teams.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Design test scenarios and test cases from project docs and processes.
• Execute functional UI tests in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Perform integration and API tests.
• Identify, report and monitor defects for timely resolution.
• Report on progress of testing activities.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to resolve defects.
• Support end-to-end testing across business processes.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and evidence.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
