Job summary

is seeking a Data Solutions Engineer (projektowa role) to review requirements, design tests and execute functional and integration tests in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with analysts and developers across international teams to ensure quality across the software delivery lifecycle. This role requires at least 2 years of software testing experience, hands-on testing of Dynamics 365, good English and German communication, and familiarity with HP ALM,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional software testing experience.
• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
• German language knowledge for stakeholder communication.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Practical knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in international teams.
• Familiar with new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work.
• Availability 5 days a week.
• Ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Design test scenarios and test cases from project documentation.
• Execute functional UI level tests in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Execute integration and API tests.
• Identify, report and monitor defects for timely resolution.
• Report progress of testing activities.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers for defect resolution.
• Support end-to-end testing across business processes.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and testing evidence.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
