Sii Poland is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform architect to guide digital transformation strategies for international clients. You will design and implement architecture across large IT environments, ensure technical quality, and mentor teammates.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform, Azure integrations, and strong English communication. Polish fluency and Poland residence are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large and complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Model-driven Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Azure service integrations.
• Very good command of English; Polish language proficiency required.

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies

Requirements

• Practical experience in designing solutions for large and complex IT environments


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules


• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate


• Experience with integrations using Azure services


• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication


• Fluent in Polish required


• Residing in Poland required
