Sii в Україні шукає досвідченого фахівця з Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM та Power Platform для ролі архітектора та консультанта з впроваджень. Компанія об'єднує понад 100 професіоналів, реалізовує проєкти для міжнародних клієнтів у різних галузях, зокрема фінанси, послуги, виробництво та роздріб.

Кандидат стане експертом з цифрової трансформації, розроблятиме архітектуру рішень, аналізуватиме вимоги та забезпечуватиме технічну якість реалізацій, виконає менторинг та долучиться до документації.

Qualifications

• Щонайменше 5 років досвіду з Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM або Power Platform.
• Дизайн рішень для великих та складних ІТ середовищ.
• Глибоке знання модулів Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Знайомство з Power Platform: Model-driven Apps, Power Automate.
• Досвід інтеграцій з сервісами Azure.
• Вільне володіння англійською мовою; польська мова обов'язкова.

Responsibilities

• Виступати експертом‑консультантом та радити клієнтам з цифрових трансформацій.
• Проектування та розробка архітектури рішень на основі Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM та Power Platform.
• Аналіз бізнес‑та технічних вимог; рекомендація найкращих практик.
• Контроль технічної якості впроваджень, визначення ризиків та можливих проблем.
• Підтримка створення архітектурної та технічної документації.
• Надання менторства та передачі знань молодшим членам команди.

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

• Acting as a subject‑matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies
• Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and recommending best practices
• Overseeing the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues
• Supporting the creation of architectural and technical documentation
• Providing mentorship and knowledge‑sharing to less‑experienced team members

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform
• Practical experience in designing solutions for large and complex IT environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model‑driven Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with integrations using Azure services
• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
