Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE administration and support.
• Experience with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure and Entra ID is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Administer users, security roles, and access control.
