Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Stress Engineer to advance rotorcraft components through design, certification and production stages. You will lead static stress analyses and fatigue assessments, support airworthiness documentation, and contribute to testing and validation efforts.

Proficiency with FEA tools and Python automation, plus a Master’s in a relevant engineering field, is required. Hybrid work and international projects are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in Static Stress analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance; understanding of certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed static stress analysis and fatigue/DT assessments on dynamic helicopter components.
• Prepare airworthiness justifications and support CS-27/CS-29 compliance.
• Support full-scale and component tests and validation activities.
• Optimize mechanical solutions and contribute to future product development.
• Automate calculation routines using Python to improve efficiency.
