Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll be the main contact for Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help as part of a multinational team.

We offer a full relocation package including a flight ticket, with accommodation option and a monthly gross pay of €1,500 (with accommodation) or €1,220 (without).

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
