Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is looking for a Junior Project Support Specialist who loves Dutch and wants to start an IT career in a global engineering company based in Wrocław. You will handle client inquiries, support project teams, and work in a ticketing system.

This role requires Dutch and English at least B2, analytical thinking, teamwork, and careful handling of project policies and data. No heavy programming, but you will gain hands-on experience across diverse projects and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Dutch language (min. B2 level), and English (min. B2 level).
• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend project policy guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation.
• Nice to have GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client inquiries.
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs.
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data.
• Working in the ticketing system.
