Job summary

GlobalLogic is hiring a Junior Project Support Specialist in Wrocław to join our IT services team. You will work on Dutch-language client inquiries, provide support, and help maintain service quality through ticketing systems and KPI-driven processes.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (min B2) and English (min B2), strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to follow project policies. No rocket science—just curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of Dutch language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
• Client focus
• Nice to have : GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
