Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Poland is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first level support for IT incidents and requests. You will assist users via phone, email, chat, and other channels, guiding them through troubleshooting steps for software and hardware issues.

Fluent Dutch and English communication skills are required, along with a customer-centric, team-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Previous IT service desk/customer support experience or eager to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer centricity and a strong focus on user satisfaction.
Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and other IT levels.
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve incidents

Responsibilities

Provide first level IT support to customers via phone, email, chat and other channels.
Identify and solve software and hardware issues with step-by-step guidance.
Communicate with 2nd/3rd level teams and end-users to process incidents and requests.
Log all interactions in the helpdesk system and manage tickets within SLAs.
Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolutions.
Record calls in the helpdesk database in English while handling calls in other languages
