Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 6–12 months in Belgian HR.
  • Strong written and verbal Dutch and English communication skills (Dutch B2 level; English B2 level).
  • Familiar with HR service processes and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level HR support for employee and manager inquiries.
  • Administration of employees’ data during employee lifecycle.
  • Preparing employee documents such as offer letters and contracts.
