Brenntag is hiring a Junior Credit Control Specialist (Dutch speaking) in Łódź, Poland. The role focuses on managing customer credit risk, ensuring timely payments, and supporting cash flow within a transition environment.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve credit holds and improve receivables processes. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in credit control or related areas, fluency in English, Dutch language skills (Level B), and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in credit control, collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and receivables management.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of transition or migration projects is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch language skills required (Level B).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an efficient credit control service in line with policies and accounting principles.
• Monitor outstanding balances and support timely cash collection to minimize overdue receivables.
• Review and assess credit requests for new and existing customers.
• Analyze customer financial statements, credit history, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve credit holds.
• Prepare monthly credit control reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify recurring issues or risk areas and propose improvements.
