Job summary

Storyblok seeks a Documentation Engineer II to create and maintain comprehensive product and training documentation. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure accuracy and accessibility for developers and customers alike.

Role requires 5+ years in web development, experience with RESTful APIs, and knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks; Headless CMS experience is a plus. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in web development.
Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs.
GraphQL APIs is a plus.
Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte).
Working knowledge of Git.

Responsibilities

Own the creation and maintenance of documentation for company products, processes, and training materials.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
Write developer tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
Create sample applications and code samples to demonstrate the power of Storyblok and headless CMS.
