For our Branch in Poznan (Poland) we are searching for a

Dispatcher Oversized and Heavy Loads (m/f/d).

Core activities:

• Organisation of special transports throughout Europe;
• Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders;
• Managing and forwarding of transport orders;
• Coordination and supervision of the entire transport chain;
• Preparation of transport and shipping documents;
• Direct contact with clients and hauliers;
• Organization of transport permits and escort cars.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the sector of transportation and international forwarding;
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving competence;
• Structured and autonomous way of working;
• Ability to work in a team, determination, the will of improvement and stress resistance;
• Proficient PC user;
• communicative knowledge of German and English
