A leading productivity software company is seeking a Director of Product based in Warsaw to lead the next generation of persona-packaged products. You will define product strategy, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, and directly validate your ideas with customers. This role involves turning high-level concepts into practical workflows and achieving significant business impact, offering a hybrid work model with flexible in-office expectations.
The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.
Joining our newly formed team in Warsaw, you’ll own the product direction for Asana’s next generation of persona-packaged products—our bet on what the next $100M+ line of business looks like. As Director of Product, you’ll work from first principles to define new product primitives, not just new features: how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world.
You’ll partner closely with design and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and “obviously right” to high-performing teams. You’ll validate your bets directly with demanding customers—from hypergrowth startups to global enterprises—and be accountable for turning those insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact.
