Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director, Forma Design Industry Strategy to define strategy and go-to-market for Forma design apps. You will lead a strategy team, align with product, sales, and marketing, and evangelize the Forma Industry Cloud across regions, including Europe and US time zones.

You will translate customer outcomes and market opportunities into a clear direction, drawing on data and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across strategy, go-to-market, product, or management consulting, including significant time near the AEC industry.
• Proven track record leading teams and shaping strategy with measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities.
• External representation with customers, analysts, and industry events.
• Data and AI-driven insights to inform decisions, including cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and go-to-market direction for Forma design applications portfolio.
• Leverage qualitative/quantitative data, AI signals into a clear point of view.
• Guide pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and customer value messaging.
• Lead senior stakeholders across teams and establish operating rhythm.

Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
